It was a great idea to bring clinicians together to discuss a complex clinical case, which involved with different hospital services in the NYPH system. In the conference, although we were interested in discussing diagnosis and treatment, I wished that we had time to discuss about the effective ways of communication among services, such as the barriers they experienced regarding endorsement and adequate information transmission from one service to another. Also, I fully support the idea of getting other disciplines’ involvement in case conferences.
