This anime is about a dystopian society where everyone is born with psychokinetic powers (PK) known as Cantus and deals with the most complicated human nature and social issues which are very much always difficult to address, accept, and obviously the hardest to get rid of. So, I would like to start my paper describing the story as shortly as possible. Here are the names of the major five characters – Saki Watanabe (Female Protagonist), Saki’s friends- Maria Akizuki, Shun Aonuma, Satoru Asahina, and Mamoru Ito. Throughout different episodes Saki and her friends are trained in particular ways consisting different methods like learning a Cantus-unleashing mantra, reinforcing their death feedback by “projection”, controlling their thoughts using lessons in class, and by sorting them into small groups.
