Slaughterhouse-Five’s main story deals with Billy Pilgrim’s memory of the war were supported by situations that would not come close to being real like a time warp and their four dimensional points of view. Though Vonnegut achieves to appeal the readers with the sadness of Dresden in the 1960s, Billy however is too weak to fight against wars or to protect any type of peace. This is why Kurt adds the other story of the writer who speaks of Billy’s story, to complement Billy’s story.
