These sanctions act as a way to set an example and for people to see what will happen to them if they do the same thing, These sanctions can also be seen as reinforcing boundaries. Although public executions and trials in “town square” are not as common in most countries today, the media is utilized to fulfil the same purpose. After defining them, I decided to categorize every word plus an additional word in order to have 4 groups that all contained 5 words each. This project was a lot harder then my family and I ever expected it to be. At first we thought it would be good and we would feel better about not wasting and not having as much trash.
