The Public Housing Authorities Directors Association was founded in 1979. There are at least 1900 locations throughout the United States. The PHADA is set up to enhance living conditions for low income families while keeping up their rent fee at an economical level. This association is a culturally and financially sound. The Public Housing Agency produce appropriate and clean housing, within a drug free and acceptable living surroundings, for occupants and their families.
