Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse

This piece of literature brings to the reader love, anticipation, disappointment, fury, remorse and finally amends. These are all feelings that children feel, however may not be able to identify with a name, but can identify with the emotions. When trying to teach children to use their words, we must give them the words to use. Lily has the understanding that she loves school and her teacher nevertheless when it conflicts with her desire to show off her new items, the purple purse, the coins, and the sparkly sunglasses frustration begins to take over consequently producing undesirable effects. It is amazing. I loved it. What little girl who has ever had a male teacher, hasn’t fallen in love with him. The author giving the teacher an understanding and gentle sole helps her to see the error of her ways, bringing her back to her chipper little self. She resembles the little girl in us with her red boots, pretty dress, a cape and a crown on her head. A perfect little being. Desiring to share her new articles but gets in trouble instead. This will be a story I will remember. With all her goodness, evil raises its head when things don’t go her way. Drawing a picture is a positive direction for anger in the classroom. This is a good example for teachers as well as students, allowing a child to express themselves appropriately even when they are angry is important, along with the teacher’s compassion, consistency, and gentleness will help to develop a healthy relationship. My favorite part is where the teacher wrote Lilly a note, letting her know he knew what she did without saying it, along with encouraging her tomorrow would be
