Queen Elizabeth I Essay
Meet Queen Elizabeth I, she’s quite the interesting person! Lots of history to learn about with this queen. She even has a whole era named after her “The Elizabethan era”. She born on September 7th, 1533 and dies on March 24th, 1603. Her ruling started at good age in which she was the age of 25 in 1558, she ruled for 44 years until her death. As for how she died, it is believed that the mixture she used to make her skin look pale including white lead and vinegar slowly but surely affected her health. Queen Elizabeth I had a great reign, and we are going to see exactly what that means, starting with who she actually is and how she came to be.
Queen Elizabeth I was the daughter of King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, she was thought to have been born a princess but that turned out to be untrue. However she still got to be Queen because her sister who was supposed to reign actually died. Throughout Queen Elizabeth I’s reign she was very successful in controlling and making the right decisions for her people. She ended up accomplishing great things such as conquering the Spanish Armada, kept the peace, and made her people comfortable and happy with their environment and actions.
