Racism and discrimination is one of the world 's major issues today. Many people are not aware of how much racism still exists in our schools, workforces, and anywhere else that social lives are occurring. It is obvious that racism is bad as it was many decades ago but it sure has not gone away. Racism very much still exists and it is about time that people need to start thinking about the instigations and solutions to this matter.

Racism is a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups and determine cultural or individual achievement. Racism and discrimination happens all over the world, it is most common where two different racial group is present. It also occurs within people of the same race and ethnicity. Issues of racism and discrimination come up during employment processes and admission process whereby they employ workers and admit students based on their race and restrict positions to certain people. Racism and discrimination needs to be eradicated completely because it has a lot of negative impacts on people. Sooner or later everything in the world would be wiped due to people’s hatred to one another and the constant killing going on around the world. These absurd acts affects victims physiologically, academically and socially. When people suffer from racial discrimination, they become angry, bitter or violent. It destroys a person’s self-esteem, destroys communities and creates divisions within societies. Victims find it hard to concentrate in school, fear to relate with others around sets in and after some time depression creeps in, and the next thing on victims mind is suicide! That is why we all need to fight against it before someone else gets killed or commit suicide. But the question is how do we stop these acts? My goal in this paper is to provide solution(s) by which racism can be reduced or better still eradicated. There are various ways in which racism can be treated and eradicated
