In the move of “The Last Mohicans” clash between races are shown through many different aspects of the movie. One includes the obvious war between the French and British which this whole movie revolves around. Another would be the Native Americans siding with the French instead of helping the British. A third and important on in Cooper’s views on racism would be Munro’s daughters not belonging to the same mother. These three example play key roles in how the movie played along. The war between the French and the British displayed the clear battle for land but did not show their concern for what the Natives already owned. The Native Americans had little to no say in what steps should be taken on what happens to their villages and settlements
