By taking almost all the college classes my high school provided, summer classes, and 19 credit semesters in college, I was able to achieve my Bachelors of Science degree from UMR and a certificate in Radiography from MCSHS in just two and a half years! Along the way, I received a few academic recognitions. In high school, I received highest honors with a 3.98 GPA. I was also placed on the Dean’s list throughout my time at UMR. Next, during my radiography graduation ceremony at Mayo, I was chosen from the class to receive the “Outstanding Clinical Performance” award. This award recognized me from my class because of my positive contribution to the clinical environment and exceptional patient care skills. I do give most of my energy to my studies, but I also try to stay involved in my clubs and activities. In high school, I was a part of varsity sports and held leadership positions in the National Honors Society, Key Club and Student Council. This busy lifestyle helped me develop good time management and teamwork
