A leader is born not created! In the novel “Lord of the Flies” written by William Golding, a group of kids that have crashed on a plane and end up stranded on the island. The group of boys decide they need a chief and the two boys they decide on are Jack and Ralph. Between the two there is one that is the leader the kids need and the more superior leader is Ralph. In this realistic fiction novel there is evidence that proves to show that each boy has special qualities that makes them a good leader and Ralph's special traits are his passion, responsibility and his treatment to all the boys on the island. To begin, Ralph has a passion that could save the boys from the island. Ralph wants to get off the island while Jack just cares about hunting.
