The main concern with the Flagship store is basically that the employees are not given proper training about the Canadian culture, latest fashion trends and style to be adopted. The manager (Matt) of the store was from the new army. Other than the manager, few other associates were also recruited from the New Army because o the reference of Matt .Even after knowing that they were the sales associates of the fashion retail store in Toronto, it seemed as if they are not aware of the strategies and the policies of the Ralph Rosen. Because they were not trained and the manager Matt was too busy to attend the corporate orientation till date. By doing the Organizational Analysis, I found that there was ambiguity in the objectives, goals that were set for the Ralph Rosen new store in Canada. As there was lack of training program in regard to the Organization’s strategy, so the execution and success of these programs were not properly established. The organizations goal and objectives must be clearly set and directed to the associates of sales department and they must be properly trained accordingly for the growth, profitability of the company. The employees of the store must be trained basically regarding the culture of Canada and the style they should adopt to sell high ticket items of Ralph Rosen Store.
