A career as a Real Estate Flipper people need to have a lot of personal skills. A flipper will not just be in the houses they will be working on them and have to know how to do everything themselves. They will not only need to do physical work; they have to speak to people, negotiate, and have very nice coordination. Becoming a Real Estate Flipper requires to have speaking and listening abilities (Careeronestop.org). The Flipper will need these abilities so that they will be able to complete the structure the way it is intended to be and be able to be completed the way it was intended to be. A career as a Real Estate Flipper takes long, long on the job training (BLS.gov). They have to know how to fix and or build everything. They will also need to know where to buy their houses from and when they should buy them. They need to know how to buy the houses and sell they houses. They will need to learn how to buy and get old houses off the market (Naviance.com). They will need to know how to buy their houses before they start or they will never get anywhere. Since they won’t have houses to work on or sell they will have no way to make money and would just be a waste of time They will need to learn how to put their houses on the market (Naviance.com). They will need to learn how to get their houses on the market before they start working or they will have many houses that they are paying for and getting no money out of. Which is a waste of money, that they could be using to buy and fix up more new houses. The job as a Real Estate Flipper is a rough, tough, hard, and time managing job.
