I am writing this memo to discuss the future you have with Roberts Real Estate. It is evident you have been highly successful at Ernst & Young and later in your heavy involvement in your family’s real estate business. I have enjoyed how you are looking into new ways to use technology to benefit the business. Forecasting the future of your business can be made easier and more efficient to accomplish. Providing these services is a great way to diversify your business portfolio and expand your business. The value for your customers is created through your flexibility in response to the customers and a focus on quality service. I see you as the leader of innovation and expansion for the company. Continuing your short term work in brokerage and improving day-to-day operations efficiency is a huge contributor to your success in the near future. As you are reaching an advanced age, it would be best to consider a succession plan. The succession plan used when day-to-day operations were given to you from your father worked well. You had the experience at another firm and you were willing to work for it. Follow the same recipe and the company will continue to be successful in the future. I enjoy the transition your father went through to be chairman of the board, I think the position is great for someone who is highly knowledgeable but is reaching the point where their workload should be
