The ones to blame for the death of Juliet and her Romeo The tragic deaths of the two star-crossed lovers was brought forth by others than just themselves. Romeo and Juliet were madly in love even for the short time they were alive and in the presence of one another. Their fate was a tragic one ,but this tragedy was caused by more than the two lovers. Their fate was brought on by the feud of the Capulets and the Montagues, the Friar Laurence, and the lovers themselves Romeo and Juliet The long feud of the two families, The Capulets and The Montagues, was a large factor in what brought the two to their graves. Romeos dear friends Mercutio and his new cousin Tybalt were having a disagreement, so they fought about it but Romeo 's friend Mercutio ended up dying from the battle with Tybalt, so Romeo killed Tybalt avenging Mercutio. Mercutio and Tybalt both were slain that day and Romeo ended up getting banished from Verona rather then getting the penalty of death on him. “And for that offense immediately/ we do exile him hence” “let Romeo hence in haste,/ else, when he is found, that hour is it last”(Romeo and Juliet 3.1.85-207). The event that occurred that day was a large factor leading up tp the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. Reasons being such as Romeo was banished for such bloodshed leading to a numerous amount of problems for the two (Romeo and Juliet 3.1.196-207), and also lady Montague died after hearing of Romeo 's banishment either of a broken heart or she had taken her
