In the new Policy, this will no longer require Occupational Health and Safety and values questions. Psychometric testing for operational roles will explore both of these elements in more detail. Selection and Offers of Employment New sections in our Recruitment Policy have been created catering to the way both Managers and People, Development and Diversity team onboard new employees with Benetas. This focuses on the requirement for post-interview reference checking by Managers, and post-interview qualification and registration checks, to ensure Benetas maintains its capacity for best practice.
