Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, or just Red Robin, is an American chain of casual dining restaurants founded in September 1969 in Seattle, Washington. The company is a for-profit business in the restaurant industry focusing on specialized high-end hamburgers. The company itself operates about 415 of its locations, and offers the opinion of owning a franchise, which supplement the rest of their locations. The restaurant is a family-style restaurant so its culture is designed to appeal to people with children and seem like the ideal place for family get togethers The specific restaurant this paper will be looking at is the 301 South Hills Village South Hills Village, Bethel Park, PA 1524, location. Like most businesses in the restaurant industry this company’s goal is to increase their profits by providing not only food, but an experience to any customer who comes in and dines.
