As I start writing this book I get so scared and the fear almost numbs my fingers from typing because I had now realised that once I keep going, I won 't be able to stop and will have to tell the whole truth. I had always been so conservative and would always worry about how people perceived me but those demons within me had consumed my joy and my peace for far too long. The only way I knew how to make them stop and banish them from my life forever was to tell the truth so that I could be set free and be redeemed. This will only be achieved by staying conscious and paying attention to your thoughts, emotions and the triggers be it good or bad. Your transformation will be tested on several occasions and at times you 'll even curve in but once you do, it 's no longer the same because you feel different and cannot continue to be ignorant anymore so you revert to what serves you. Everything you do comes from what you think and the reason behind those specific thoughts. Each person 's main goal should be to take care of their own thoughts and ascertain why they exit, making sure that they are well nourished regularly by being grateful for everything around them. We concentrate on nourishing and taking care our physical bodies at the expense of our minds, read books that will empower you, weed out any form of negativity. When you don 't take care of you mind, you get diminished and you 're empty because you have not filled yourself from the inside. Everything and anything that you accomplish never satisfies you and you end up on a wild goose chase because you feel depleted from
