My thematic pathway consists of three classes: Introduction to Music, Introduction to Sociology, and Digital System. The first two classes were taken in John Jay College and the last one was taken in my first semester at Buffalo University. These classes come together to qualify my global pathway under the topic of Design and the Build Environment. Nevertheless, I am still not sure how they assimilated into this topic to develop our critical thinking skill and analytical skill to approaches the problem solving as how it descripted on the website. It taught me a lesson that don't judge people based on their skin color and don't make yourself a main character of another person's life, because everyone is the main character of their own life. Moverover, I became more concerned about others, everyone has their own perspective, and I should not give an impulsive or arbitrary decision based on my perspective like how I always did, because we are living in a world that consists of variety communities, we should always show our respectful to other people by listening to their opinion first before we make any argument for a particular event. Because that's what we need do to prevent any potential conflict between different racial groups, and no one is the central of the world, we should put the negative view of a particular group on the side first, then sit down and patiently listen to their opinion to work everything out, then we can negotiate to approach to a favorable solution to different racial …show more content…
Basically, it is not easy class, it is really testing on my critical thinking skill, because no matter what operating system that we used, there is an inevitable fact, there is always some inner things deal with the zero and one. These two digital numbers allows us to have an artificial view of how electronic functions inside different electric circuits, and the result can leads to 16 different combination groups of zero and one, and each result would take different extent of electricity to make different devices work. However, I didn't really get into this area of computer science, because I was doing the programming part throughout the time, but one thing I can say is that there wouldn't have programmer if there is not computer engineering to build these electronic circuit to ensure the fundamental part of device
