I evaluate my life by envisioning a timeline in my mind's eye. I recall the people that I’ve met, the places I’ve travelled to, and the acquired knowledge through experiences are all precisely organized on a timeline. After spending what seemed to be like researching and visiting colleges, I can now undoubtedly say that I want the college years that I envision to be spent at Drexel University. My favorite aspect about Drexel is that the university is filled with endless opportunities. The countless number of clubs and organizations, a wide array of different cultures, and a quality education all seems too good to be true considering it is only about twenty minutes from my driveway. Drexel has the resources to make every one of its students successful in life and in the future I hope to use these resources to their fullest potential. My interest of nursing comes directly from my desire to help people. My passionate interest comes from my enjoyment of devoting time, assistance and energy to those who need it. In exchange, I’d be privileged with the blessing of internal satisfaction. My inspiration derives from my kind-hearted aunts, whom are both registered nurses. The ability of experiencing one's real self would pave the way for the person to find the balance and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit/soul, and this would facilitate a higher amount of health to present to the patient. It’s imperative to provide a patient with a comfortable atmosphere that is conducive to their recovery, and I believe I have this attitude to surround ill patients to feel at ease while recovering.
