Introduction After we learnt social work major for three years, I found it really has strong relationship with our life, we could found the conditions we encounter are the concepts we learnt, also are the conditions we can try to deal with the therapies, approaches we learnt. However, this is not easy for us to make a good use of them, try to integrate the theory and personal experience could help us learn and use the knowledge better, also good for our future life. Personal experience My ex-boyfriend and I were together for almost two years, but we were in long-distance relationship for a long time. Because the differences of our character, family, and all kinds of reasons, and we have more and more contradictions, almost all of my friends, and my family are not supported our relationship, they through he was not the boy for me. We could end our long-distance relationship last September, however, he broke up with me last June for we had a big quarrel one day. So, it is actually a big strike for me, I was so sad, and tried to sustain our relationship, but did not works.
