At the age of thirteen, Barry made his company ZZZZ Best Company in his parent’s garage. His company started out as a small, door-to-door carpet cleaning operation. The carpet cleaning industry was an easy market to get into due to the fact that licensure was not required. This made competition fierce and for a thirteen year old with little finances, his company would soon collapse.

• In my group , I was in charge of looking for information about the different farmers. After reading the chapter, Maddie, Yasmine, and I randomly chose to be the organic, chemical, or pro-GMO farmer for our election. The three of us were initially in charge of the historical section of our presentation, but we decided to do a skit instead of simply presenting the information because we know that can be boring. Since I was the chemical farmer, I focused on Danny Forsyth.
As a Summer Melt Counselor, I was responsible for a plethora of task. My first assignment was to reach out to each of Nazarene’s senior students and confirm what their post-graduation plans were, where they were attending college, and assessing what assistance each student needed. I utilized emailing, calling, texting, social media, and reaching out to senior counselors to make contact with the students. Getting in contact with the students was one of the more difficult aspects of the program; many students had changed phone numbers, had situations come up that altered their plans, and were busy working or doing other activities that it was not always easy to keep in contact. In the future it might helpful to schedule a meeting or program towards the end of the school year, with the senior TRIO students from each of the target schools to get a final update on the students plans and contact information, that way we can begin
Introduction Incarceration is a growing problem in the United States. Overall, the prison capacity has increased due to the frequency of custodial punishment, longer sentences, and high recidivism rates, which leaves approximately 60% of the prisons at maximum capacity (Ginn, 2012). This environment presents challenges for security as well as for prison healthcare practitioners. Since security is the major concern in these prison facilities, healthcare is a subsequent interest. However, if competent healthcare is not available to inmates, they don’t have the luxury to find another source to treat their health concerns.

ENG-122 Reflective Essay My writing process has changed tremendously over the course of this class. I feel more accomplished, confident and I feel sometimes that my ideas and thoughts just come in to my mind out of nowhere and I start writing about anything now. I pay attention to my punctuation and grammar more as I have polished them more now, not only when I write but then others write as well. I am constantly looking for errors and I highly think this is helping me a lot in my career.
In high school, I hated writing essays for my English classes. At first, I did not have a reliable writing process. I would free write a rough draft and turn it in as a final draft. I would also write last minute instead of using the time to create a well-thought essay. I focused more on passing a class rather than boosting my writing skills.
