Starbucks is one the largest successful business running in the United States. However, the business still faces issues in the process of development of the business under the effect of the economic recession. The business mainly focused on the changing the company customer relationships, although the business did have to deal with certain problems in process of internal human resources and business productions. Starbucks is one of the most successful coffee brewing business running in the United States. Today, the business center attention focuses on changing of positive business customer relationship. In this point of time the vision of business is based on the formation of a positive public image of the business and the consumer satisfaction is the main concerns of the business.
The mission and vision of the business is to create effective approaches to the business development, which contribute to the consumer satisfaction and bring more consumer to the company. In a way, the business looks at it consumer as the main priority for the business development because consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty are major determination of the successful business development ("Our Mission",). …show more content…

By spreading out the store so one store will not cut the other store profits. Normally the location will be open in area based of traffic patterns, demographics, and the location of other Starbucks stores as well the competitor’s stores. This went against the trend of Howard Schultz Starbucks former CEO his strategy was to cover an area completely. Go against one store must cut off another store profit, Schultz plan was to increase the foot traffic heavily in certain part of town. This will reduce the consumer time of waiting in a long line, Schultz knew that his action strategy for Starbucks was a huge risk, but at the end it was a
