Throughout history there are leaders and followers. There are some leaders are born into that position, while some were elected some fought their way there. In some situation, others were able to exploit the people around them in the hope of gaining money status, and success. I will talk about a story called animal farm, which is an allegory for the Russian Revolution. Then I will go through events of the Russian Revolution dating back to the 1860s.
Animal Farm -the history of a rebellion that went wrong- is George Orwell 's brilliant satire on the corrupting influence of power. It was first published in 1945. According to Orwell, the book reflects events leading up to the Russian Revolution of 1917 and then on into the Stalin era in the Soviet Union. In the book, Mr. Jones, the owner of the Manor farm is so lazy and drunken that one day he forgets to feed his livestock.
But, it turns into a disaster and Napoleon, one of the pigs, takes over the farm by manipulating the animals and gets guard dogs. The authors obvious irony and symbolism helps support the theme that history repeats itself because no matter what, the bad and good are constantly on war, and only repeat rather than make progress. Napoleon and Mr. Jones are paralleled two characters that help represent that history repeats itself. Mr Jones was overthrown by Napoleon, but Napoleon later acted exactly like Mr. Jones. “The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and man to pig, and from pig to man again, but already it was impossible to say which was which.”
I read a book called, “Animal Farm” written by George Orwell. The book is about animals on a farm who are overworked and aren 't treated well. Then, an insurgency made up of animals with pigs as their leaders, rebel against Mr.Jones (owner of the farm) by driving him off his farm. The animals try to make the perfect life for themselves, but that doesn’t go as planned. The animal farm then starts to fail.
There is a latin saying, “homo homini lupus” it roughly means, “man is a wolf to man”, a statement that perfectly describes how beastly humans act towards each other. Nothing details how people treat each other then the annals of history itself, when told through a different narrative those records of human existence ring out in similarity towards events that occured in the past. The book, “Animal Farm” by George Orwell, serves as a symbolic retelling of the tragic turn of events that followed the October Revolution of 1917, the movement led by Vladimir Lenin and the Bolsheviks that cultivated into the larger Russian Revolution and the establishment of the Soviet Union. The people, who supported the revolution, inadvertently cropped up one of the most tyrannical, inhumane dictators ever seen in our time, Joseph Stalin.
Don’t let other people control the way you think. In Animal Farm by George Orwell, the pigs take over and are able to manipulate everyone. A farm full of animals revolts against the owner of the farm, and afterwards, they end up in a very similar situation as they started with. The pigs are very controlling of everything on the farm, and whatever they want, will be what the animals remember. Orwell explains the problem by showing the quick effect it had on changing the other animals mind.
My fellow comrades, it was not long ago when we were oppressed, abused, and deprived of our freedom. Mr. Jones single-handling made our lives miserable, and for a while we were powerless to stop it. Then seized back our independence at the Rebellion and successfully created a society where Animalism and the animals living within it have thrived. Comrades, how did we exactly did we succeed this brilliant feat? TOGETHER.

Animal Farm is a novella written in 1945 by acclaimed author George Orwell. It was a satirical allegory of the Russian Revolution against the Tsars in 1917 and the Stalin Era of the Soviet Union. The characters in Animal Farm all represent real people. Everything is representative of some real life person or event. Since the animals were like blindfolded, no one made the connection between Boxer's being taken away and the pigs suddenly having more money. The contrast between what the animals believe, what the narrator actually is talking about, and what the reader knows to be the truth, fills one with an anger. (“Animal Farm: Animals Irony”) Animal Farm satirises the breakdown of political ideology and the misuse of power. The major players are animals but their failings are all recognisably human. They begin with an idealistic attempt to form a new society, liberated from the tyranny of humans and founded on the principle of equality and freedom for everyone, but it all goes wrong as the pigs take over.
Animal farm is a book written by George Orwell. The book is a reflection of the events of the Russian Revolution and Joseph Stalin’s rise to power. Joseph Stalin is represented by Napoleon and the story follows the events that lead up to Napoleon’s rule over Animal Farm. During the novel, Napoleon uses both psychological and physical fear to control the animals. This is proved by Napoleon using Jones and Snowball as a Physiological fear, to prevent rebellion.
Animal farm, it did have some crazy moments. Over throwing leaders, slavery, war, but all these topics come back to the type of government animal farm was. It wasn’t always a dictatorship before Napoleon's reign began. It started with the rule of man ( Mr. Jones ) and he was ruthless, barely feeding the animals and pushing them to work hard. Though it wasn’t quite a dictatorship more like a monarchy because humans wore higher looked then animals.
Animal Farm is a short novel about a rebellion of the animals against a farmer who is not a correct ruler in animals’ perspective. After the old major (an elder pig) convinces them that everyone must be equal, animals start to believe that human beings are horrible creatures because of farmer’s unequal farm which causes to start animals’ rebellion when they see the chance. After the win against, the farmer, Mr. Jones they change the farm’s name into Animal Farm and pigs become animals’ and use some authority to become superior to the other animals. Since the novel has been written, Animal Farm counted as a parody of the Soviet Union in the 20th century. Characters in the story can be compared to historical figures in Soviet Union’s history.
Animal Farm illustrates how leaders become corrupt when they abuse their power, treat the population differently based on their status, and the leaders manipulate and oppress the working class. Over the course of the book, Napoleon and the pigs abused their power. After an announcement about trading with the humans for supplies, Squealer
Animal Farm was a literary comparison of the Revolution, Orwell used the book to mimic the Revolution. He uses farm animals as an analogy of the people involved in the revolution at that time.
