Beyoncé: Crazy in Love Beyoncé Knowles-Carter was born September 4, 1981 in Houston, Texas. As a child she was in many dancing and singing competitions. In the 1990s she was claimed to fame by being the lead singer in the group Destiny’s child. They were managed by her father Mathew Knowles. Soon the group became the bestselling girls group of all time. On June 20, 2003 Beyoncé released her first album dangerously in love. This was the start of her solo career and from then on she became one of the best female artist in the music industry. The album sold 11 million copies, earned 5 Grammy awards and had a single that was featured on the Billboards top 100 chart “Crazy in Love”. It featured her current husband Jay-Z Carter. This video showed her obsession with him and how emotions had her doing crazy things. Beyoncé did not care because she knew why she was so out of control. She danced her heart out and shared the most intimate affection with her husband. The scene that stood out was when they were under this bridge and she was dancing around him as if he was the best man on this earth. While watching them you see a powerful couple, one that have a bond that could not be broken. Beyoncé and Jay-Z would gaze into each other’s eyes through the video and you can see the love that they share is extremely deep.
