Dennis Nilson was a well-known serial killer that lived in Fraserburgh, Scotland and was born on 23 November, 1945 was accused of killing 15 men and boys by luring the innocent victims into his house. Dennis would also preserve the bodies while they were already dead and sleep with them on his bed. And all of these gruesome acts occurred in the years of 1978 and 1983 in London, England. And Dennis did all of this because he was never comfortable with his homosexual desires towards other men, and to relieve his discomfort he began luring innocent men and boys into his house and began killing them and dismembering them. At the age of eight, Nilsen nearly drowned and was revived by an older boy who exhibited sexual interest in him and this act really began the homosexual desires that he began to have which lead up to all of the vile things that he did later on in life as a man. At the beginning puberty, Nilsen discovered he was homosexual, which really both confused made him of shame of him. He did not tell his sexuality to either his family or the few friends he had at the time, but kept it a secret. Because many of the boys that he attracted to looked a lot like his younger sister Sylvia, he did on one occasion sexually fondle his sister which was of course wrong and told no one about it. Dennis did not try at all to seek sexual relations to any of the boys that he liked because he did not want to be made fun of. And Dennis would have gotten away with these vile acts if it were not for the plumber that would fix his pipes. After the birth of her third child, Nilsen's mother did not like how she married her husband and saw it as a mistake in many levels. The two people divorced after a long failed marriage in 1948. All of the kids were somehow conceieved only when the father had made brief visits to the mother while he was away a lot. Her parents did not like the guy she chose to marry and they were happy wither decision to finally divorce him after such a long time in such a messed up marriage which had the married husband cheating on his wife. Dennis was in no doubt really close to his grandparents and when the grandfather began to grow sick by 1951, Dennis took this really hard considering that this meant that the grandfather in which he love so much was beginning to die and Dennis would lose him forever and never see him again. Later on his beloved grandfather died and was lay to rest in a coffin, but the this he remember the most is this memory, his mother, weeping, asked him whether he would like to see his grandfather. When he replied that he would, he was taken into the room where his grandfather lay in an open coffin. As Nilsen looked at the grandfather's body, he said he was really happy at this moment.
