Poverty, unemployment and lack of opportunity forced millions of humans to migrate to new place in search of better life. Human trafficking is one of the global problems we are facing today. Human trafficking is defined as the supply, transportation and exploitation of individuals especially women for commercial sex. It includes all range of acts like forced labor, removal of organs and sexual exploitation like prostitution.

In this paper, I want to discuss about how human trafficking is one of the major concerns of the society and how economic, social and personal well-being of individuals’ especially women’s is affected. The reason for writing paper on Human trafficking is because oppression is any form is one of the most unlawful act one can do. I read an essay on BBC regarding human trafficking in which a trafficking victim mentioned that she is sending her children to get good education with the money that she earned from her body (cite). How bad it feels when we are living in a modern world but still these unlawful activities exist. The statistics provides the data how human trafficking has affected people lives by forcing them to do act which are not allowed under 18 years of age. The prostitution that means selling human bodies for commercial sex is one of the business running across the globe.
