Have you ever thought about how well you are taking care of yourself? Many teenagers at Neil Armstrong do not take care of themselves physically. Teenagers often find themselves eating unhealthy foods, such as, chips, soda, and candy. These young adults also, do not exercise well. Teenagers and pre-teens stay up late texting friends. It is important for people to care for them self physically by eating healthy food, exercising, and getting a good amount of sleep. When you look into your pantry do you ever see a bag of chips and some soda, your just dying to eat? Well, think again, because eating those will only badly affect you. You should eat some nuts, eggs, vegetables, or fruit, instead. First things first, eating healthy foods can protect you from getting diseases. First things first, when you sleep well you will have improved concentration and productivity. Here at school you have to concentrate very hard when you are working on assignments and tests. Secondly, when you sleep you have a better athletic performance, since here at Neil Armstrong many kids do sports, it is important for them to sleep. Finally, sleep is good is that poor sleep can cause depression. Overall, it is clear, that sleeping is important for all teenagers, when they are trying to take care of
