Faith leads to complete trust and confidence in a certain person. Jews turned to their faith and beliefs to help them cope. In 1933 one of the biggest genocides occurred. The holocaust was where most jews in Poland were captured and executed because of their beliefs. Most lost all their faith in God. Elie Wiesel the author of Night reveals Wiesel's faith in God being his primary priority and slowly his relationship with his faith becomes his last.
Elie Wiesel's puts his trust in his faith because he feels he owes his life to God . Elie states “Why did I pray?…Why did i live ? Why did i breath?” Elie specifically says that because God was the first person he turned to when he had a problem. Elie states “ I pray to the God within me for the strength
