Please accept my resume to showcase my interest in the position of Resident Assistant. I believe that I am an excellent candidate due to my leadership ability, my academic achievement, and my overall attitude.

I am a firm believer in academia being the top priority while in college and I have proven this attitude through my performance over the past semester. As a Political Science and International Business double major at Monmouth College, who is on the Pre-Law track, I aspire to work in politics one day as a Political Campaign Manager. My academic attitude, I believe, is important for a Resident Assistant to hold because as a RA, one should be a role model for the other members of the hall. While I do take my academics seriously, I also understand the value of communication and social stability while in college. I am very capable of delivering emotional support to any future residents that I may have. Due to my position on the Monmouth College Forensics Team, I, in no way would consider myself shy and have a very warm and outgoing personality that I feel would be able to help residents feel at ease.

Due to my position, I have organized multiple programs for the hall in order to make the overall atmosphere in Grier a comfortable. I have also grown very good at multitasking my various involvements on campus and have learned how to prioritize my work and remain orderly. I am a member of Alpha Xi Delta and also serve on the Panhellenic Council. I believe that it is important that I represent my sisterhood with respectability and grace.
