On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.

On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.
Anna garcia is a hispanic 38 year old woman who passed away in her home. Her height is 64 inches. She weighs 165 pounds. On 04/14/17, at 4:30pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to the area of Carnation Drive and Blue Bonnett Drive on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog to a minor. I arrived at the location and was met by dog owner Christine Belcher and Blendon Township Police Department (BTPD) Detective Sergeant E. Moynihan. I asked what happen, Ms. Belcher stated that her daughter Daisha Decree were walking their Rottweiler name Bolt when victim Victor Schuetz asked to pet the dog, Ms. Decree give permission. Mr. V Schuetz started petting Bolt on the underside of his neck and move to the top of his head where he was bit.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Steve Gow, herein after referred to as the victim. The victim, stated the following; On the above date, at or about 0100 hours, the victim had returned back to his residence when he discovered his front door(facing north) was completely open. Upon a further examination of his door, he also noted that the door jamb was damaged.

The Richard Ramirez "Night Stalker" case was one of the first major cases to use automated fingerprinting technology (Frese, 2011). Today, the fingerprinting database gives various probable identifications, then a trained fingerprint expert must compare the prints to find a likely identification. Considering that Ramirez's prints were found on the mirror of a stolen vehicle we can conclude that his fingerprints were two-dimensional, therefore the prints are termed as latent or residue prints. The authorities at the crime scene power-dusted his prints considering that is the best physical method for collecting fingerprints. Once analyzed using the ACE-V (analysis, comparison, evaluation and verification) method, the fingerprint expert was able to identify them as belonging to Ramirez.
Fingerprinting is method based on the uniqueness of the skin pattern - that is, each person has a completely individual pattern of papillary lines. These patterns do not change throughout life and have the property of recovering from damage to the skin in its previous form. On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
