RESPONSE TO NOTICE TO SHOW CAUSE WHY I SHOULD NOT RECEIVE A COCUT.
1. In this notice to show cause I’m going to explain why I shouldn’t receive a COCUT, what I do in the afterhours of work and how I will resolve these problems for the future.
2. After work I rest and relax from the day from 1700 to 1800 I do 2 40min blocks of study with a 10 min break in between and usually have dinner from 1930 to 2030 then I do one more 40min period of study. After these hours I wouldn’t have a particular time that I would study between or a set plan to follow. I usually study around 2 hours 5 times a week. When advancing through the course I have struggled but I’ve managed to get through which lead me to believe I didn’t need to see anyone to help me because at the time I thought I could get through it. Looking back I noticed that my study plan wasn’t right and I wasn’t using my time effectively to learn the information.
3. During course I’ve had no personal issues. I believe it’s purely my academics and the short amount of time in which we need to learn the content that have let me down as no other factors have affected my learning.

To resolve these problems I’ve been to see the educational officer, where I received information about study techniques and a suitable study plan. My study plan on a daily basis will include commencing study at 1800, with three, forty minute sessions. I have allowed allocations in my study plan for an extra forty minute block each day if I need more time on the content to help me get a better knowledge of it . I also have started to write down notes which the educational officer has advised me to do. I plan to write down questions I’m unsure about in my studies and have it answered by my course mates or instructor the following
