Their mission statement is “We are committed to using the finest ingredients in our preparations and guarantee our food and service. If you are not happy with either, please tell us and we will work to correct the problem.” (Mission Statement) http://tomassos-pizza.com/about/
In my opinion the mission statement contradicts information that the restaurant has provided on the website. The mission statement in part reads that they are committed to guarantee their service however under the “ delivery area” they have stated that “We reserve the right to limit our delivery area should conditions warrant; such as traffic delays, foul weather, or staff shortages”. (Delivery Area) http://tomassos-pizza.com/about/ . The traffic delays and foul weather are standard and out of the restaurant control. The “staff shortage” however falls directly under their service deliverance and is in the restaurant’s power to ensure that there is enough staff to deliver their promise of a guaranteed service.
