In the creative non-fiction speech (King 423) “I Have a Dream,” modern American Civil Rights activist (Renaud, slide 16) writer Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr conveys the message that liberty is a fundamental right of every American regardless of race even if there are restrictions by the official authority.
