President Bush directly address the citizens of his nation, but in general, it is to the entire world because now, everyone is at the edge of their seats,pondering whether they were the next victims because it is the terrorists versus the entire world. President W. Bush wants everyone around the world to feel inspired in order to purge terrorism with unity through the use of anaphora, chiasmus, and ethos with the sense of linked fate.
