Sandi Vidal states in her article “Shared Vision Is a Must for Solving Homelessness,” that the homelessness problem in America is one that has made itself an unignorable issue. People in a community need to work together to address this problem. While individuals can help to slow down the rate of this growing issue, it can not be reversed unless a community is proactive and decides to make a change together.
