Spiegelman with his brilliant usage of vivid imagery that portrayed the actual actions and phenomena of his and his peers including his father in a graphic way was absolutely fantastic. With the use of non-human imagery, the audience were still made to see capture a mental understanding of the descriptive words that were supported by the imagery that accompanied them page by page. He said quote ‘It was during summer I think I was ten or eleven”, and this quotation was vividly supported by the imagery presented on page 4 where the inhuman creatures were smaller than they are in other pictures, this is to depict to us that was very young during those skating time. A very brilliant idea that almost made the graphic material so very interesting, understandable and very easy to follow up and understand what really was going on in any given page. In literally analyses of the use of imagery with a written text that explains it, readers are more in a position and a state of mind that gives them a clear picture of the reality of the situation that occur in any given time. The imagery gives a very powerful meaning in anything, because without the use of imagery and texts, the readers are likely to be mentally challenged about the actual situation that was going on. Spiegelman has beautifully used commix to explain to the reader that a combination of text and imagery will even generates a picture frame in the mind of the reader who is benefitting from the text and the fantastic usage of text. Another brilliant and maybe more ethnocentric imagery was also created on page 27 where the imagery reads “I didn’t know, that of course, he was a communist. I always keep far away from communist people”. It’s a great experience and a very nice way to put works like this in order to avoid struggles than the traditional novel. Since traditional novel comes up with mostly notes and rarely with a picture. Imagery is very important in literature and especially in literally analyses of circumstances and situations that happened in the past. It’s absolutely a brilliant way to engage the reader, make him fell both emotional and funny by deliberate use of some literally terms like exaggerations, hyperbolics expressions and personification to relate things in various ways that help enhance the understanding of the reader from many different vivid perspective. The inhuman creatures that were presented on the article were not human being but have been personified by the writer with human qualities to help make the story well understood.
