The Murder Case On December 31, 2015 there was a crime scene at the Kindle’s place. Just before the New Year, Rhoda Kindle died in front of her garage door. Rhoda Kindle was born on December 31,1970, she was 45 at the age of death. She had two kids Randall 20 years old and Gray 21 and a husband name is Graig Hampton. The murder happened at 6:30 P.M. Graig Hampton was the person who called for the ambulance and the police. At the foot of the crime scene there was blood on the garage door, hair, firearm, necklace. These were all the evidence, except there wasn’t any bullet at the crime scene. From an observation it looks like she was getting her car out the garage then she was attacked, but the question is who would kill someone in there garage …show more content…
Neighbors who heard the shot didn’t know who or what had happened, however, they denied that Graig would’ve hurt his wife. Graig testified that he was in the house with the kids at the time of the killing, however the 21 year old and 20 year old were no where to be found that day. It appeared that they returned home after Christmas, which was December 26th. According to Graig Hampton he claimed that they came back on December 29th and stayed for two days, that’s the 30th and 31st of December. Could this be true or Graig Hampton is just lying. There weren’t any witnesses at the time of murder but she did have two kids, which Graig Hampton claimed that they were at the house at the time of the murder. First we appeared at Randall’s house we asked him some few questions, he didn’t know anything about the murder, in fact he was devastated and started to cry. The second house that the police investigated was Gray, we asked him some few questions about the murder, he denied ever returning back to his mother’s home after they left on December 29th, he also was devastated when the police told him what happened to his mother. Forensic evidence came back, however it wasn’t enough evidence to prove that Graig was the killer, the fingerprint on the gun was Rhoda
