They risk their lives and use state of the art video equipment to expose both a shocking instance of animal abuse and a serious threat to human health. The human health of Japanese people is affected by the high amount of mercury found in dolphin meat. Dolphin meat is high in mercury. Mercury is a harmful toxin that can cause serious health problems to the human nervous system.
