Richard Ramirez started his crime as early theft, this started small and began to grow as time went on. His crimes eventually moved to very violent crimes. He moved from Texas to Califonia when he was 22, this is where his crimes began. After a great deal, Ramirez endured his interest in violence starting at age 13. His first violent victim was sexually assaulted and then stabbed to death. Ramirez while working at the Holiday Inn murdered a little girl who was 9 years old in the basement of the hotel. Ramirez stabbed and raped this little girl and hung her on a pipe. Later on, they matched his DNA to this unsolved case. This attack was one of his more brutal attacks. He attacked the couple in the middle of the night and shot the husband however the wife was able to escape and grab a gun. Unforntaly the gun was not loaded and he shot her and stabbed her. After she was dead he gouged her eyes out and left them in the jewelry box. Bill and Lilie Doi were attacked in May 1985. They were attacked at their house and he shoots and beats bill unconscious while he searches the house for anything of value, following he rapes Lillian. After the attack, Bill Doi goes to the hospital where he later dies. In a ten-day timeframe Ramirez had five attacks, leaving one victim alive and some clues along the way, the police begin to get an idea of Ramirez. However, this did not stop him he carried on his attacks and killings. In June, Jack Vincow went to see his mother but shockingly found his mother's body with stab wounds and her throat being cut open. Over months Ramirez killed, toured, and stole from many victims he joined and declared he was a Satanist. This came out in his killings and he often performed Satanic
