Is Justice Served In The Odyssey

255 Words2 Pages
In the story the Odyssey Odysseus travels from island to island to try to get back home to see his son and wife. Once Odysseus returned to Ithaca he soon realize the wooers had taken over his house and possessions. I believe justice was served because they wanted to take his wife, his food, and his wine. I don't think that Odysseus was justified by his actions because he didn't have to act like that. What I mean is he could have banished them instead of killing them. I think that his anger took over and he just went crazy. And when that happens no one could have stopped him. I think some people didn't deserve to get punished. This is because if people were involved with the plot but didn't do anything why should they get punished.
