This scene is about how Romeo had a dream about something bad happening later on if he goes to the Capulet party. As Romeo tells his friend Mercutio, Mercutio thinks Romeo’s dream is about Rosaline, a girl that Romeo has fallen “in love” with. Mercutio has had enough of Romeo’s fantasizing so Mercutio starts telling Romeo about Queen Mab.

There is all kind of lighting but mostly artificial lighting. With the artificial lighting a person can control it so that the lights are equally spread out or all/some on one person.
In this scene there is no additional scenery. If there was additional scenery it could be used as improv or something and it will come and go from backstage.
The actors natural improv will determine where they want to start and end the show. Some of the actors movements are dictated by their lines and once again implied movements would just be the actors efforts of natural
