A song by Taylor Swift called Love Story is based on the well-known romance between Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.Romeo and Juliet, known as a tragic love story in which the two major characters, Romeo and Juliet, are sworn enemies who fall in love, is a well-known literary work. They are unable to be together due to ongoing family conflict, so they commit suicide because they cannot cope with being separated from one another. This is brilliant because everyone knows the story of Romeo and Juliet and can relate to falling in love. There is one metaphor in this song. "You were Romeo, and I was a scarlet letter," it continues(Put In Text Citation Here). Juliet is a metaphor because she is not an actual scarlet letter. The phrase "scarlet letter" describes someone who had broken the law or practiced sin in the 1500s. You were Romeo, after all. "Stay away from Juliet," my father said when I was a scarlet letter. "But you were everything to me. I was begging you, "Please do not go!" (Swift). Line 16 of the love story lyrics contains a metaphor. "YOU'LL be the PRINCE and I'LL be the PRINCESS," where you'll and I'll are literal, and Prince and Princess are figurative. Line 22 also includes a metaphor. "Cause YOU were ROMEO and I was the SCARLET LETTER," where you and I are literal, and Romeo and the scarlet letter are figurative. Resilience can help you see past them, find fulfillment, and cope better with stress. If you are experiencing emotional distress, it could be because you are overly concerned about something or someone. The inability to be with the people you love will result in suicidal thoughts, self-harm, sadness, and other undesirable emotions. Being apart from your loved ones will almost surely result in emotional difficulties. In addition to increased risk for mental health issues, poor social functioning, insecure attachment, disturbed stress reactivity, and mortality, this research demonstrated the far-reaching repercussions of separations.
