The costumes were beautiful and presented well middle age fashion. Also, the music of this adaption was fascinating. It brought more feeling to it. The actress Hailee Steinfield, who plays Juliet was a bit quiet and some of the scenes needed some more passion to them. For example the famous balcony scene; she just mumbled the words. This could be to her due young age when making this film. Otherwise there were some pretty good actors such as Stellan Skarsgård who played prince Escalus of Verona and Ed Westwick as Tybalt. Especially Ed Westwick's acting was amazing. He plays the villain so well, he steals every scene his in. The film was well structured it was easy to follow and you don't get bored easily. Also, the plot follows the Shakespeare's original play
