THE FAULT IN OUR STARS The book The Fault in our Stars was published on January 10, 2012. John Green who lives in Indianapolis, Indiana together with his wife and son wrote the book. He is a master of young adult literature. John Green is an award winning, New York times-bestselling author. He has twice been a finalist for the LA Times Book Prize. With his brother, Hank, John is one half of the Vlog brothers, one of the most popular online projects in the world. In 2000, John worked for several months as a religious person who provides religious services at a children’s hospital. He found the children to be as human as healthy people, and wanted to capture the feeling that "the stories that I was reading sort of oversimplified and sometimes even dehumanized them. Both stories are written wonderfully. Augustus, was first astonished with the beauty of Hazel Grace; same with Romeo to Juliet. But hazel and Juliet was hesitant at first. But in the end they found their selves so in love with each other. In Romeo and Juliet, two lovers are torn and separated because of the fierce family rivalry. The two families were: Capulets and Montagues and they were too against each other to the fact that when they meet there’s always a fight. That makes it difficult to make contact to each other. This makes the hindrance of their love story. In The Fault in Our Stars, it was the Cancer or their illness which is the hindrance of their love story instead of Family rivalry. In spite of the fact that, they get to show and express their love to each other, it’s the amount of time and fate is not with them. They both end in a way which we do not expect. The both stories have a beautiful tragedy. Even though stories have comparison, the similarity are great it just relate to each other but then the two stories are made differently and
