Those who rush stumble and fall” this quote by William Shakespeare says that wise people go slow and think about their decisions, other wise they will rush things and end up failing. William Shakespeare was an English poet and playwright and widely regarded as the greatest writer,Shakespeare was the writer of The Tragedy Of Romeo & Juliet .Romeo and Juliet are a part of two families, the Capulets and Montagues, who are enemies to each other and the two become lovers but their love is now forbidden due to the long standing feud. Another reason Romeo is responsible for his and juliet 's death is Romeo challenges fate, making rash decisions that lead to lifelong consequences for all involved. In the beginning of act 5 scene 1 Romeo is in Mantua saying he had a dream he was dead but juliet kissed him and woke him up and one of Romeo 's servants Balthasar enters which makes romeo very happy and says all is well in the world as long as juliet is alive and Balthasar tells Romeo that Juliet is dead. Romeo cries out “Is it e’en so? Then I defy you, stars!”(V.I.24). This makes Romeo very edgy and tell his servant to give a letter to a montague that he will return that same night and Romeo 's servant leaves. Romeo them goes to find an apothecary,which is someone who sells drugs. After telling the man in the shop that he looks poor Romeo offers to pay for some poison. The man then accepts and romeo takes the poison and goes to juliet 's tomb. As Romeo get to Juliet 's tomb, Paris, the guy Juliet was set up to marry was also at her tomb spreading flowers over her grave and paris notices Romeo. Paris recognizes Romeo as the man who murdered Tybalt,which led to Juliet suicide,Paris thinks that Romeo must have come to some dishonor the capulets. They both draw their swords and fight and romeo ends up killing paris. Romeo finds Juliet lying peacefully, and wonders how she can still look so beautiful he begins speaking saying he wants to spend eternity with her then states. “ Here’s to my love! (drinks the poison) O true apothecary,Thy drugs are quick. Thus with a kiss I die.”(V.III.129-131.) Romeo them dies next to juliet 's grave and shortly after Friar Lawrence enters the tomb, juliet wakes up and asks where her husband is friar replies that both Romeo and Paris are dead, and that she must leave with him.
