Romeo and Juliet, two protagonist lovers, Juliet thirteen and Romeo seventeen fall in love which led their feuding families heartbroken. The excellent play Romeo and Juliet , was written by William Shakespeare. The play involves two feuding families with children who fall in love at first sight. Romeo is the son of Lord Montague and Lady Montague. Romeo is known to be very perfidious, and takes love very seriously. Juliet is the daughter of Lord Capulet and Lady Capulet. Juliet is known to be a virtuous teenager, that has not yet experienced love before Romeo. The most difficult conflicts that cause the lovers deaths, are their family feud that proceeded for many years, and Juliet’s father Lord Capulet. The Feud caused Romeo and Juliet to sneak around and keep their love and marriage a secret, or each family would try to execute one another, before being able to explain. The families never truly understood why they had a feud, they just followed in their ancestors footsteps, which lead them to hating each other, and everything leading to death. Without the feud, the families could have met in their younger years, which would’ve caused Romeo and Juliet to meet sooner, and possibly grow up together as friends. With the Montagues growing up with the Capulets, they could’ve learned more by seeing others and their actions. An example would be Romeo, he is known to be perfidious and has no respect at all. If he had grown up with other people other than the Montagues, then maybe he would have more manners and learn new things coming from the Capulets, considering the Capulets are more majestic. Due to the Feud, Juliet’s cousin Tybalt killed Mercutio, who is Romeos best friend. Romeo ended up killing Tybalt in defense of himself and Mercutio. The Prince only banished Romeo from the city instead of killing him, because Mercutio was a relative to the Prince. After all of that happened, that caused Juliet to want to take the poison from Friar Lawrence, so she could escape and run away with
