Death is a result. Whether it is from a fault of a person, a disease or an action, it is always a result of something. At the end of Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and Juliet commit suicide and their are two people at fault for this. Juliet and her father Lord Capulet are to blame for the death of the two lovers because of the irrational decisions made by Lord Capulet and his daughter 's marriage, Juliet’s quick decision to use a fake poison that could have many different outcomes, and how Juliet relied too heavily on other people. Juliet counted Friar Lawrence very heavily to help her with their plan. Juliet was going to take the poison and Friar would send a letter to Romeo filling him in on what is happening, and so he would know that Juliet wasn’t actually dead. Talking to Juliet about the letter he was sending to romeo, Friar said “Shall Romeo by my letters know our drift, and hither shall he come: and he and I will watch thy waking”(4. 1 . 116) Juliet relied on Friar to send the letter and meet Romeo in verona. This was a major flaw in Juliet’s plan because she would have no confirmation that Romeo knew the plan that they had set up, or that he had gotten into Verona safely.
