On 10/22/2015 SO EMT Perez was dispatched to FC 418 regaurding a fallen female resident. SO EMT Perez knocked and announce his presence at the door and was greeted by the spouse of the resident who invited him in. The fallen resident in question was on the kitchen floor sitting upright, a Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw.
