Rube Goldberg Experiment

241 Words1 Pages
In our Rube Goldberg machine, we wanted to complete our chemical reaction; which was dumping vinegar into baking soda to create carbon dioxide. Our machine didn’t really work because, we had to help it 5 times. The most difficult parts of our machine were where we had to help it. We had to help move one of the marbles up top, because the marble that hit it didn’t have enough force. When we ran it, we were very confident because it had worked many times before; but when it got to that step, it didn’t work. We also had to help knock over some jenga blocks because the domino 's didn’t knock it over. One of our more difficult moments was getting the pulley to work every time. Our pulley worked some of the time, but one side wouldn’t always fall.
